This part is cast from an machined aluminum master part based on measurements from a screen-used uniform, and is cast in brown tinted hard rubber, so this part doesn't even need to be painted! The material is flexible and very durable, this part won't chip or break if someone bumps into it!

There may be some very minor cleanup needed on the bottom surfaces of the parts, but I aim for each casting to be ready to use straight out of the mold! Just take a small drill bit and drill out the 6 marked holes, and sew it right onto your flightsuit! The inside hole is stepped and holds a 1/2" OD hose (not included) without needing glue, making things easy when it's time to wash your suit.
